Friday of each month at 9:00 AM.

Planning & Zoning
The Planning & Zoning Commission meets the first
Monday of each month at 1:00PM.
The building inspector is Charles DeLoach
and the code enforcement officer is Glenn Harris.
For information on business and building permits,
contact Charles DeLoach. Please remember to call this office prior to
beginning any construction or remodeling to determine if a permit is
required.
Fire
Department
The Cherokee
Village Fire Department consists of Fire Chief Mike Taylor, 14 full
time, and 16 volunteer firefighters. Maintaining four stations,
Police Department
The police department is comprised of Chief
Rickey Crook, seven full time officers and members of the auxiliary and VIPS
programs. They may be reached 24/7 at 870-257-5225.

Street Department
The street department consists of street superintendent
David Crayne, 7
full time and 2 part time employees. They are responsible for the 350
miles of roads in Cherokee Village.
To report street problems
call Judy Bickle at City Hall during above
business hours, and she will fill out a work order for the Street
Department.
